Each month we create a selection just a few days before we ship the cheese.

Our intention is to use the subscription to guide you through what is tasting exceptionally delicious seasonally. We also introduce you to new cheeses or cheese which are the result of our experiments in maturation techniques.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE:

Each month we'll deliver a delicious selection of all raw-milk cheeses; some farmhouse-style, some cheddars and/or some cave-aged Cheeses

Each selection forms a balanced cheeseboard and contains three different cheeses adding up to approximately 1 lb. The selection comes with an information note that explains why we have chosen those cheeses.

How often will I receive the delivery?
Once a month, on the 1st WEEK of each month, depending on weekends.

Can we choose the cheese you will send me?
We encourage our cheese lovers, to step into the real of the unknown and discover the magic in receiving the selection we choose and deliver to you. Your palette will thank you!

Do I have to be present to receive the delivered package?
We encourage you to let us know where the best delivery place will be so that we can make sure the cheese is in the best conditions when you get to enjoy it.

What about holidays? Can we skip an order?
If you need to postpone a delivery, please email us at DosLunasCheese@gmail.com before the 20th of each month, to make sure we don’t send your selection that month. (Unfortunately, we cannot refund any cancelled delivery dates)

May I give a subscription as a gift?
Absolutely! There is a form you will need to fill out during checkout that will allow you to let us know if this is a gift and share your recipient’s information.
