Our Artisan Cheeses are constantly transforming because they are a true reflection of when and what grasses our cows are eating. Depending on the seasons the cows may be eating different types of grasses with higher or lower moisture content.

Full Cream, High moisture (Farmer's Cheese) creamy, almost buttery flavor and a pronounced tartness.
