Our Artisan Cheeses are constantly transforming because they are a true reflection of when and what grasses our cows are eating. Depending on the seasons the cows may be eating different types of grasses with higher or lower moisture content.

During the summer season, our cheeses must reach their final destination within 24 hours.

IT TAKES US 3-7 DAYS FROM THE MOMENT YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER, TO PROCESS YOUR ORDER.

ONCE PROCESSED, WE SHIP THE ORDER OVERNIGHT OR 2 DAY SHIPPING (YOUR CHOICE AT CHECK OUT) AND SEND YOU AN EMAIL WITH THE TRACKING NUMBER.

WE SHIP ALL ORDERS ON TUESDAY NIGHTS.

THE CUT-OFF TIME IS THE PREVIOUS MONDAY AT 5pm EVERY WEEK.
